Sustainability reporting is a fundamental practice for universities, demonstrating their commitment to environmental and social responsibility, as well as ensuring transparency in their operations. Through systematic tracking and reporting of universities, sustainability can enhance resource efficiency and foster innovation. These reports empower institutions to assess their performance and drive ongoing improvements. UNIMAS embarked on its sustainability reporting journey with the release of UNIMAS Sustainability efforts, Reports 2021/2022 last year. Starting 2023, UNIMAS published both the UNIMAS SDG Report 2022/2023, which encompasses all the SDGs, and the UNIMAS ESG Report, providing comprehensive insights into the university's sustainability initiatives. This report is a pivotal component of UNIMAS SDG Report 2022/2023, with the primary objective being the collection of data on the implementation of UNIMAS Sustainability Masterplan 2021-2023

UNIMAS employs comprehensive strategy to addressing discrimination and promoting diversity within the university. This strategy involves a fair admissions policy that assures all applicants, regardless of background, are evaluated equally. UNIMAS actively encourages and facilitates applications from underrepresented groups, with the goal of closing gaps in higher education access and recruitment. UNIMAS also maintains anti-discrimination policies to prevent bias based on ethnicity, gender, religion, and disabilities. UNIMAS provides significant disability support services on campus to ensure that every student, regardless of ability, has equitable access to education and comprehensive assistance.
