Rainwater Harvesting System Design, Installation & Knowledge Transfer at Kg. Sungai Putin under Service Learning Malaysia (SULAM). The problem faced by the residents of Kg Sungai Putin is clean water supply. Most residents already have water tanks but the method of filtration and rainwater catchment is not safe to practice. The students of the Faculty of Built Environment have designed, procured, planned and built a rainwater catchment and filtration system in two separate locations in the village, using existing tanks. The methods were then taught to the villagers for knowledge sustainability.
