UNIMAS standards for evaluating and reviewing staff remuneration are handled openly and transparently in accordance with the Peraturan-Peraturan Pegawai Awam (Pelantikan, Kenaikan Pangkat dan Penamatan Perkhidmatan) 2012, Perenggan 25, P.U.(A) 1/2012, Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam Malaysia (Public Service Department). The University does not discriminate against staffs and students based on their gender thus there is no difference between men and women.

UNIMAS does not discriminate staffs based on their gender. This issues are not addressed in any of UNIMAS circular on remuneration/emolument.
