1. | In the UNIMAS context, wastewater treatment is managed through a structured system that ensures sewage and liquid waste from campus facilities are safely processed before being released into the environment. The university uses centralized sewerage systems and complies with national environmental regulations, including the Environmental Quality Act, to ensure proper treatment, monitoring, and disposal. Through these facilities—supported by periodic maintenance, collaboration with licensed service providers, and oversight from the Estate and Facility Division—UNIMAS helps protect local waterways, prevent pollution, and uphold its sustainability commitments. | |||||||||||||
